Did anyone else receive a mail apparently from suse.com (indeed the
headers say it was sent from lists.suse.com) of this type:
Received: from XXX.pinnacle.net (AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD [AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD]) by
YYY.pinnacle.co.uk with SMTP (Version Obscured by me) id 3J54JCQX; Tue,
9 Jul 2002 04:08:52 +0100
Received: from lists.suse.com (unverified) by XXX.pinnacle.net (Version
Obscured by me) with SMTP id
I got one to. I agree it seems very suspicious. /Nils-Olov

Oh please. I was just trying to track down some idiot who was bouncing messages to other subscribers. A quick glance at the headers would show you that it really did come from lists.suse.com. -- -ckm
Well, I was more worried about the subscription to a German football list, I got three emails of those telling me that I subscribed, and if it wasn't me who did that, I didn't need to do anything. Replying would have been a confirmation. I don't seem to be getting those anymore. On Tuesday 09 July 2002 18:32, Christopher Mahmood wrote:
