Okular Okular (http://okular.kde.org/) is the next-gen reader/viewer from KDE in 4.x and it kicks the donkey's... For those who don't know yet, XPS is a Microsoft-induced 'standard' that uses XML and other markups to make a similar file format to PDF. (for some reason PDF wasn't good enough for them.)
