Can't seem to compile kernel 2.2.2 with SuSE 6.0. The one time it finally did compile, it choked on boot-up when it tried to load modules. After looking at the changes file, it appears that the insmod that comes with SuSE 6.0 is out of date already??? Anyway, I tried to compile everything directly into the kernel with no modules. Ran make mrproper, configured kernel, ran make dep clean bzImage and now it wont compile at all no matter what I do.
