With NWClient32, the default Windows username/password box is replaced with a customized one (Novell logo, tabbed interface for binding vs. context, etc) that a regular user can't get around. I know that there are products like FoolProof32 that would keep a user from storing *anything* on a local hard drive (we've used it in the same NetWare 4.11 environment), requiring network shares or floppies for storage. I wouldn't be above using FP32 for local security, but that would add to the expense of the installation.
