My machine locks up tight and causes a reboot randomly. Now, the reboot
doesn't
bother me, but the corrupt filesystem after a reboot DOES. It forces a complete reinstall! I tried using the rescue options and no luck. It usually gives one of these two errors, Bad superblock...or bad magic number. Trying to read other superblocks to fix the others fails.
my system is a p-133 primary drive -> fujitsu 3.2 gig(brand new) <all of linux resides on the drive above...including swap>
secondary drive-> western-digital 1 gig Suse 5.2 Kde 1.0
It happens at random!
