the key is to use 32 bits or mixed distro like debian jenny and 8Gb usb key (to hold the dvd) On the similar computer I had to work with, though, I had no keyboard problem they are 64 bits computers with 32bit bioses (and 32 bits windows) jdd -- When will a Label sign her!!? https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=94&v=BeMk3WRh8QI -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

You need to really look into lenovo, and specifically hardware based proprietary technology that prevents use of certain features/software. I don't have specifics, but was looking at laptops several months ago and I kept finding threads related to the way they did things that was giving users fits. I have run into issues with a tablet that is locked into the lenovo version of Android. It would make a bad day, real quick, to learn you just bought a $150 paper weight. -- David C.
