Look under the peripherals--> Desktop in the control center.

Controls Center has: Desktop (1) ... KDE Components (3) Peripherals (4) ... Power Control (6) Under (1) above, I see nothing having anything to do with power or the display. Under (3) above, I see nothing having anything to do with power or the display. Under (4) above, "display" -> "power control" settings are standby after 60 min, suspend after 120 min, power off after 120 min, all grayed out because I have unchecked "enable display power management". Under (6) above, I see nothing having anything to do with display power. Look in your BIOS for power management and/or screen blanking.

I've changed nothing in the BIOS since replacing 9.1 with 9.2. try 'xset q' from the command line. Xorg (and Xfree before it) defaults to 600 for blanking. If you wish, disable DPMS in the monitor settings of xorg.conf option "DPMS" "off" Bye Alle 05:30, giovedì 20 gennaio 2005, Joseph Loo ha scritto:
