Would be ever 9.2 available for ftp download/install?
Check ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.2/suse/ every once in awhile (Right now it contains only the source code). The last word I heard was that they would put the rest of 9.2 up around the end of the year.

The readme in there, at one time, said the files would be available in November... They've got six more days :)

I saw the isos in emule, is there some risk if I download them?

Well, other than not supporting SuSE for an excellent distro, yes, there are always risks downloading them from outside sources. I haven't really looked at the 9.2 "scene," but I recall with 9.0, there were a number of beta copies being billed as full copies, bugs included...
