Hi I am using SuSE 6.3 and I have set a partition for /var at 100mb. During installation of the default SuSE system, YaST reported that there was 50mb free space, but since running the system /var is now full. Should CRON remove old messages such as /var/log/messages and /var/log/xdm.errors? CRON is set to run, but my PC does not run overnight, should it run overnight to keep space on /var free? Or have I just not set enough space on the partition for /var?
