Hi, My system is german so I don't know if my names are somehow correct... but go to "system settings" or "personal settings" (where you can set the KDE stuff), then under "personal" you see "personal information". Click on this and then choose the "path" icon. All the pathes you see there will always be created if they don't exist. So I guess, putting /home/youruser there will use the home directory for all those specific places. Or tipe in the directories you like...
