[opensuse] Leap 42.1 Proxychains and proxychain-ng differences?
What is technically the difference between the packages proxychains and proxychains-ng? I tried to understand but they seem identical. Is one a fork? Why was it forked then? Because both claim to do the very same thing AFAIU. I would like to chain e.g. tor and privoxy and maybe another proxy. I would also like to know if it is possible to dynamically use profiles that vary the proxychain in relation to the situation. Did you look at last release dates of both projects? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

I suspect 'ng' as an English-centric abbreviation for 'next generation' probably wasn't readily apparent to the OP. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
