Just installed 9.2 and having trouble finding some files
Maybe I'm just missing something sitting in front of my nose... But I just installed 9.2 (clean install) and I can't find kuickshow to use for viewing my .jpg files, .tiff files, etc. I did a search in "install and remove software" under Yast2 modules (control center) but found nothing. Where is kuickshow? Thx! Gil

You did a CD install? Yast hows kuickshow provided by kdegraphics3-imaging, and http://support.novell.com/products/tips/10012.html indicates it is found only on the dvd. Or you can get it from ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.2/suse/i586/ Good luck! Doug

You did a CD install?
Yast hows kuickshow provided by kdegraphics3-imaging, and http://support.novell.com/products/tips/10012.html indicates it is found only on the dvd.
Or you can get it from ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.2/suse/i586/

I did a DVD install. Thanks for giving me the name of kdegraphics3-imaging. I only found it with a "search." Could not find it in "install and remove software/selections/all of KDE. It's not there (unless it's buried inside some other package). Anyway, by doing a search for the name I found it and installed. Thanks!! ;o) Gil
