Hi, SuSE 10.0 x86_64 KDE 3.5.4 release 71.1 After the latest update to this version of KDE, it started to pop-up a message box, saying that I'm running low of disk space on my home partition, asking inf I want to launch konqueror to delete some files. As for my HDD 5% free space is more than enough :), I kept saying "Cancel". After it started to be annoying, I checked the box "Do not ask again" and selected "Cancel", but it continued to ask and ask. So, I unchecked that checkbox again, but hit "OK" ... and now this is opening konqi once in a while, whenever it feels like I have to free some space :(. I left it for a couple of hours, and ended with more than 10 copies of konqi opened. Now should I disable this. I examined every possible menu/page in Control Center and YaST but looks like, I either oversee it, or it is not there at all. Someone else reported this same problem under KDE 3.5.4/64bit a couple days ago. This bug needs to be posted to the KDE project, as it is a bug in that code (not sure which sub-project - maybe konqueror?). -- ----- stephan@s11n.net http://s11n.net "...pleasure is a grace and is not obedient to the commands of the will." -- Alan W. Thanks all. I did my homework to search for this, but most probably did not use the right keywords. -- -- Svetoslav Milenov (Sunny) Windows is a 32-bit extension to a 16-bit graphical shell for an 8-bit operating system originally coded for a 4-bit microprocessor by a 2-bit company that can't stand 1 bit of competition.

I just updated KDE this morning and as far as I have seen the bug already seems to be fixed :-) Daniel -- Daniel Bauer photographer Basel Switzerland professional photography: http://www.daniel-bauer.com Madagascar special: http://www.sanic.ch
