[opensuse] Q: xorg.conf BusID format inconsistencies
I see in docco and example BusID "PCI:1:0:0" but when I run lspci I get a different format: 00:0d.0 Can I simply drop the leading zeros and change the "." to ":" ? Why this inconsistency? Why can't xorg use the format that that the rest of the interfaces do? -- No one who's seen it in action can say the phrase "government help" without either laughing or crying. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Sometimes its better to not watch sausages being made. Is there a particular inconvenience prompting you to ask this question? --
