Greetings, I am running Suse Linux 10 and am having an issue with nss_wins incorrectly showing up under a process name in the syslog. This has happened with sendmail and dhcpd logged events so far. Here is an example for sendmail (slightly edited): nss_wins[21267]: jB6K5Z2k021267: (0/0), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:01, mailer=relay, pri=30372, relay=, dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (jB6K5aii029954 Message accepted for delivery) And one from dhcpd: nss_wins[27035]: peer foo: disconnected nss_wins[27035]: failover peer foo: I move from normal to I am authenticating against an Windows 2003 AD server and have added winbind for passwd and group in the nsswitch.conf file. Has anyone seen this and/or know how to fix it? Thank you, Rob
