[S.u.S.E. Linux] ftp SuSe install
I would like to give SuSE a test-drive before sending in my $50, and was thinking of doing an ftp install if possible. Could someone explain how to do this? Can an FTP install only be done on a box with a permanent network connection, or can it be done via modem? I would have to do the install via modem (ppp with a dynamicly assigned IP). Still possible? I am currently running Slackware96. Is it possible for me to log into my existing system, connect to the Internet and then invoke the SuSE installation? What are my options? Thanks in advance! .-=***""""""***=-.
