Note that it is *very* inconsiderate of you to post 100k file to the entire list! You should make files available by other means if you wish to share or publish them! -- Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://counter.li.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

What an arrogant POV. It *is* inconsiderate to post screenshots to a mailinglist and thus to all list participants.

Why don't you respect common netiquette? Philipp -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Patrick *is* an annoying, egomaniacal whiner, but in this case he's correct - posting large files to the list is wrong. -- "Democracy cannot survive overpopulation... - maybe there is a separate volume control for the cd, check the kde mixer and yast2 sound. - in the old times (tm) there where 2 ways to play an audio cd, via an audio cable (from cd/dvd to the soundcard or via the ide interface. I have no idea how it works nowadays and if you can change it in kscd. In kscd you have in the settings "use direct digital playback", you can try to use this. This should work (another tm) everytime. -- with kind regards, Martin Lasarsch, Core Services SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, Maxfeldstr. 5 90409 Nürnberg GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) martin.lasarsch@suse.de - http://www.opensuse.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
