Do you read the list with Gmail Lars? Sometimes Gmail hides your own posts. If you want them to appear in your Gmail, you should consider adding two filters to Gmail for this list. One filter "Labels: the message when it originates from the list (you probably already have that filter). Then add a Second filter applies the same label when it originates from you, AND is sent to the list. (Thats the one you are missing). This latter filter makes sure it gets a label as it is being archived, and then it will not simply disappear into the archive as the above link states. It will also appear in your Labeled mail for this list.
