Found a document on the SuSE SDB for 8.0 for USB mouse. Tried it and it fixed the problem. Added the following lines to /etc/init.d/boot.local modprobe hid modprobe input. Art Art Fore wrote:

Have a Dell Inspiron laptop and install SuSE 8.2, fresh install. The USB keyboard I have pluged in now longer works. It worked in 8.0 and 8.1. Any suggestions on how to fix it? (It does work in GRUB at bootup, but after that, nothing)
