No, it does not work this way. You have a system with a problem, you can provide necessary information, you are concerned about this problem - it is up to you to report and to follow up by providing requested information and answering questions. You cannot expect someone else to do it for you.

You have to create a bugzilla for that. to happen (at bugzilla.opensuse.org/)
