I posted this question a bit ago (thanks to those who responded!) but unfortunately I never got it working, so... I'm setting up a firewall with stock SuSE 7.3 and SuSEfirewall2. I also run Squid on this box and would like to use the FW_REDIRECT parameter to force all www traffic through the proxy so I do as suggested and enter: FW_REDIRECT="192.168.0.0/24,0/0,tcp,80,3128" however when I do this all the user gets is an error page saying that the requested url "/" cannot be retrieved. What's wierd is the "/" is a link to the actual requested page. This worked flawlessly in SuSEfirewall so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong with firewall2? Thanks for any help. Stout of your choice goes to whoever can help me with this the next time your in Tacoma, WA. ;^) Ken -- Economists can certainly disappoint you.
