I have the linksys router hooked to my dsl modem here. Right now i have the dmz port opened up pointing to my linux box. My isp had given me a static domain an I have a sudo/domain of malone.tyler.com with tyler.com being there domain. Can i setup a mail server on my end with out seting up dns an stuff like this. I know its better to have the dsl modem going into the linux box an running ip-masg to feed the net to the other boxes on my lan but for now this was what i had when i had cable modem, til i get time to figure out ip-masg. I thought i had come across a script on the net somewhere that wud help you setup ip-masg but for life of me can not find it now. thanks for the info jack Jack Malone jack@malone.tyler.com http://www.ballistic.com/~jemalone Luke 4:18-19 "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."
