On same hardware in 12.2 haven't this problem ...
Hi Wojciech,
Did you do a 'clean' 12.3 install or an in situ upgrade from 12.2? If an in situ upgrade, you can try creating a new user and logging in as that user to see if the problem persists. If not, that would be a pretty good indication that there is leftover 12.2 configuration 'cruff' breaking your original user space.

Carl Hi Carl. Since SUSE 6.1 I allways do clean install of system , but have separate Home partition. Of course on this laptop had SusE since ver. 11.2 , and still upgrading same way :-). What's more before writing to list , I delete all XFCE config files from user space and problem still persist, On my second PC with Nvidia card I haven't this problem, so I suppose
