I've worked on getting my Canon A70 to work with 8.2 for about a month and now give up. I figure I can just use a card reader and make my life simple. Who can recommend a card reader that will do CF and SD and will be a quick and easy PNP? I use a PNY that I gave us$15 at BestBuy, but it is single slot for CompactFlash. They make a multi-slot that should also work. I have only experienced a problem when I pulled the card w/o umounting the drive. I use a cheap and cheerful Twinmos 7-in-1- works well with sd/mmc & CF on Linux and M$- not tried other formats. Terence
