[opensuse] FF downloads->open folder open is a black & while "Files" viewer -- how to change?
All, The downloads (downarrow) in the toolbar (next to the chat smiley face) lets you click it and see a list of recently downloaded files. When you click the little "Open Contained Folder" folder icon, FF brings up a black & white confused little file manager called "Files" created by "The Files authors". I've searched about:config and applications, but either didn't look under the correct (download, browser, containing, etc....) search term or didn't recognize it when I found it. Outside of KDE4 Firefox is using Gio to launch a matching application to handle "inode/directory". (g_app_info_launch_default_for_uri) Please check /usr/share/applications/defaults.list for the entry of inode/directory and if it's not as expected please fiddle with /etc/gnome_defaults.conf to prefer your desired file manager.
