I was using iglooftp before the disk crash. Since I'm rebuilding the machine what do people think of the various ftps out there? wuftp proftp iglooftp vsftp

wuftp, proftp & vsftp are ftp-servers and i think iglooftp is an ftp-client? If you're looking for a secure server take a look at vsftp or pureftp. For a client try kbear, gftp or just use konqueror. My favorites are vsftp for server and kbear for a client. No matter what you choose, all are on the dist dvd :-) cheers, Marcel
