Hi, I d/l'd the new OPERA 7.5 for SUSE 8.2, installed it via YAST. The vers is: opera-7.50-20040511.2-shared-qt.i386-en.rpm. It fails to load from its icon, and it posts this error from the command line: "opera %u /usr/lib/opera/7.50-20040511.2/opera: relocation error: /usr/lib/opera/7.50-20040511.2/opera: undefined symbol: __ti7QWidget" Has anyone seen/overcome this error? That fixed it; odd tho that the shared vers has worked here on all the previous 7.* betas and previews!?! I've dl'ed and installed from the SuSE site opera-7.50-1.i586.rpm and it works fine under 8.2. I just don't like the interface, and don't have the time to see how to set it back to the 7.11 style that people using this browser would be used to. Mike

Mike What is it you don't like about the interface? Opera probably has the most changeable interface of all the browser and in a few clicks you can change it to the way you like it. -- Greetings from /bill at 169 west , 19 south. Mostly that it doesn't default to the 7.11 look, and I don't have the time to figure out to get it to look that way for the other people who use Opera on this system, who don't like UI changes.

Which I'm planning on doing, when I get the time to sort through it. Mike
