I'm currently running xorg 6.7.0 on my SUSE 9.1 box and have seen 6.8.1 in apt repositories for a while now and wanted to know if anyone had success one way of the other in upgrading. I'd heard of some issues with the X config files having name changes (Keyboard to keyboard) and causing some issues, so I've been a little skeptical. Thanks.

I am running 6.8.1 now with no problems. I compiled it from source rpm though.

Yes, there are some name changes, but they are easily solved by look at your X.org log file and looking in the X.org modules directories. Charles -- We are Pentium of Borg. Division is futile. You will be approximated. (seen in someone's .signature)
