You are sending an invalid header in your mail. Get rid of your sender header, or fully qualify it. That's what's causing the problem.

I am not using sendmail/fetchmail/procmail (yet). I am just connecting straight to the pop & smtp servers w/ Netscape. I am unaware as to a way to change the 'Sender' portion of the header in Netscape. Yes, 'monte' is my local machine user name.
