[opensuse] netatalk host net seen in iMac chooser
Greetings list. Server OpenSuSE 11.4 netatalk installed from repos (2.0.3 I think) Client iMac OSX 10.6.8 I have successfully created a time machine backup on the server. So AFP appears to be working. I'm not sure what I'm missing. I can manually connect to the server using AFP but I don't see the server in the chooser. Any ideas ? Chooser? What you need to do to have the machine show up in the network places is properly configure mdns service to advertize the running afp server. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
