Hi All!
I have a problem with pine. My computer is named "straubing", i.e. my command line is "hatridge@straubing:/home/hatridge >". My ISP is "straubing.baynet.de". I can send email to everyone BUT straubing. When I write an email to (for example) "support@straubing.baynet.de", pine gives me this error:
mail not sent:
... user unknown
I have a feeling your config is trying to send to a user called support on your local system. Have you modified anything in the sendmail configuration or any of the sendmail parameters in /etc/rc.config ? Just out of curiousity, create a user called support on your local linux box and see if the mail goes there. What do the first 3 lines of your pine config look like? personal-name = Luis A.
