I forced the repo to ftp5.gwdg.de and it worked fine. So some mirror is missing the kdeartwork3-sound package and is causing updates to fail.

The file was missing on one mirror. I found a bug. Scanning the mirror of the university of Heidelberg lead to a timeout which was not handled correctly by our mirror scanner. I'm not sure if I fixed it, it seems to occur only sometimes. This is one of the things that will be solved in 11.2... See http://en.opensuse.org/Libzypp/Failover. 11.2 will step over those kind of errors, so they shouldn't harm anymore. Thanks for noting the error!
