Bought one for a coworker, plugged it into her machine(winXP) caused the machine to reboot over and over. (at the spash screen) Unplugged it from the machine, got another one from the store and same problem. Took it back, got a sony burner. No issues. This is some funky IBM hardware she has so that could be the issue. but the sony is configured exactly the same as the IO magic was.. hth- Jim
I'm happy with my Sony Burner. In fact I purchased two. Both are for my wifes DVD business (yes.. shamefull plug....). DRU 14's I think. Burning both in Linux and Windows. 4x however I have yet to burn a coaster :D Jim Bonnet wrote:
