Has anyone gotten the Novatel S620 to work under SuSE? If so, how did you get it to work?
Configs and files are greatly appreciated.
What version of SuSE ?

Went through that before posting. The issue is the kernel. Has anyone gotten the S620 to work without patching kernel modules? -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com

My V620 works without patching the kernel modules on 10.1 running the default kernel 2.6.16.13-4 . You might want to try posting the output of your messages. In a worst case scenario, I can grab the S620 from the other room. -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com

Cool. I am about to purchase one, and wanted to know what battles I was facing before I get started. Looks like the kernel problems seen in the past are no longer an issue. Thanks. -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com
