SuSE 9.1 and YaST License
Hi, Anyone knows if SuSE have changed YaST license to GPL for 9.1 version? Till v 9.0 it was prohibited to redistribute YaST on any media carreer including ISO images on ftp. However, I am need to build a custom installation which is distributable via ftp as ISO images, not just separate files. When Novell acquired Word Perfect and put out WP6.1 that was one of the BEST WP releases ever. I hope they approach SuSE in the same way. Let us all hope that the corporate ownership changes help the distribution and not destroy it. Mdk is a classic example of corporate changes effectively killing a distro.
