Not in this case, 24 seconds is not much CPU time for a netscape process, and the "S" shows that netscape is sleeping, not running. That's not very surprising. :-) It was started 24 seconds before, but not being used. Using a console or even xconsole a lot of processes (allmoste all) have the S. That's why I am curious about the high load!
