[opensuse] opensuse 11.0 display power management
Folks, I notice display power management no longer seems to work now that I upgraded to 11.0, when it worked fine with 10.3! Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas how to fix it? Take a look in the modules ACPI or AMP On Sat, Jun 28, 2008 at 11:31 PM, Vahe Avedissian <vyav@yahoo.com> wrote:

Thanks, What exactly do I need to look for? ACPI is loaded, but not AMP (I cannot find it using yast). Vahe --- On Mon, 6/30/08, obed <obed.listas@gmail.com> wrote:

I installed the kpower modules (which normally loaded automatically with earlier versions). Power management for my monitor worked fine till I rebooted and now it does not want to power off the monitor after the set power down time interval. Anything else I should be looking for? Thanks again for your help. Vahe -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
