Hello all! I have a (or rather two) slight problem(s) with my emu10k1 (SB live! value) card. 1. I have no idea on how to controll both front and rear volume at the same time. My front speakers are set in the "1" jack on the card, and the rear in "2". I have sound in rear system as long as "Wave surround" in kmix is above zero. Master controls the front, so does PCM (playing mp3's via xmms) But the rear system is at set volume regardless of master/pcm Only the "Wave surround" can change the level. Not even "Mute" disables sound in the rear system. Is there a way to set a true master volume so i can mute both front and rear at the same time?? 2. How do i connect a 5.1 system to the card? I have a "ordinary home stereo amplifier system" for all 5 speakers.
