Xceed demo and vnc (is MiX?)are on the cds AFAIK. You could try ssh which gives X redirection without messing with xhosts etc. On Monday, May 15, 2000 2:56 PM, Francois Pinard [SMTP:pinard@iro.umontreal.ca] wrote:

I recently saw that there is a X server for Windows on the SuSE CD-ROMs, almost next to VNC, but did not try either yet. I'll surely try both next time I have a few free hours, at the office, something which does not occur often :-). Did someone try the X server?

The directory is still there under /dosutils, but it is empty. Anyway, who wants to use TWM-- just the thought of it bring right back to the days when I was playing around with BugHat 4.2 ;-). -- ===================================================== One Net to rule them all, One Net to find them, One Net to bring them all, and with Linux bind them. ===================================================== -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
