You need to send more information on the background of your problem. What X server, what mouse, what driver selected, etc.

Hi, You have to disable GPM (mouse under console) and set up mouse with SAX or XF86Setup. Hope this will help you! Good luck!! have you set up the nous in sax or xf86config ? You need to do both (yast and sax/xf86config)
