[SLE] sendmail sent=i/o error ?

      Dear Linux User

At my SMTP server some of the user when send an big attachments files , there was an error show at the /var/log/maillog.

What does it means sent=i/o error ? I have login to sendmail.org faq site .. but I don't really understand it.
How to solve this problem ... can someone please help me
