I have an old ATI Rage 128 PCI videocard in this box that worked great under 8.2. basically I just installed it and told YaST that it was there and everything was fine. After upgrading to 9.0 pro it works but not fully, if i run glxgears and expand the window to greater than approximatly 800x600 (not quite accurate as sometimes it's a little less and sometimes a little more) it freezes X and I have to either reboot or kill X via another terminal. It also freezes X on some screensavers but not all and not always the same ones everytime. this is beginning to really annoy me as it didn't do any of these things under 8.2 and in my hurry to install 9.0 i didn't verify my backups and they turned out to be flawed so I can't even go back and see what changed. does anyone have any ideas on what is going on, and/or how to solve this as I am going slowly crazy. bst rgrds Russell
