[S.u.S.E. Linux] Secure (SSL) telnet and/or X-Windows?
I am very interested in the ability to run encrypted telnet and X-Windows. Does anybody have any ideas on how this might be accomplished? Of particular interest is the use of SSL to do this. Yes there is, it's called ssh. it uses the DES encryption standard, which is used in ssl. it can be downloaded from such places as sunsite. go to <A HREF="http://www.ssh.org"><A HREF="http://www.ssh.org</A">http://www.ssh.org</A</A>> for more info and where to get it. -- Aaron Seelye <A HREF="http://revolution.3-cities.com/~roberto"><A HREF="http://revolution.3-cities.com/~roberto</A">http://revolution.3-cities.com/~roberto</A</A>> - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e

Thanks for the pointer. I did fetch this off the S.u.S.E. site. I also got the source and am trying to compile it for Solaris. What pain! Steve - To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
