[opensuse] .kde compatiblity - moving from SuSE 10.0 to 10.2
I plan on upgrading my workstation from SuSE 10.0 to 10.2, and thereby from KDE 3.4.2 to KDE 3.5.5. I will carry out the upgrade as a new, clean install. How about my KDE settings in .kde? Is it the one I have now fully compatible with KDE 3.5.5? Janus -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

You can generally retain all your personal kde settings. Most things work automatically on such an upgrade. Just don't let it format home. And backup ... ... you know the drill. -- _____________________________________ John Andersen
