[oS-en] Anchor image to page in LO disapeared?

I'm simply inserted images from another application (same as I do every month, from Foxit), and anchor to page is gone. I can anchor "to paragraph", "as character", and "to character". Bug. <https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140702> Apparently, it is lost in the context menu, but can be done using the "Anchor widget", whatever that is. They removed it because the dev thinks "anchoring to page is discouraged"! Amazing. They mention that a user can put back the menu entry, but I don't see how.
