[opensuse] Task Schedulers
Anybody know what happened to Kcron, a gui font end for crontab? A google search found references to Kcron, linux-scheduler, gnome-scheduler, and even MS Windows Task Scheduler. None of them , except Windows, lead to a source for any of the guis. A pointer to any such gui will be appreciated. -- Don Henson -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Don, It should still be in KDE for 11.1. For 11.0 it is in: kdeadmin3-3.5.10-2.30 -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. You are correct. Kcron is in the package you specify. However, Kcron is listed in the description of kdeadmin3, and is in fact there, but is not listed in kdeadmin4 and is in fact not there. Is Kcron deprecated? -- Don Henson

kde4 has deprecated a great number of useful packages.... -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E. For KDE3, kcron is in kdeadmin3. There is also a kde4-kcron package. -- Don -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
