Hi, I am wondering weather it is normal for the suse firewall, as well as, proxy server to be restarted for each internet session? System configuration in Yast indicates both to be started on bootup however after login on the net only after restarting both masquerading, firewalling and proxy server works? Does anyone experienced that with Suse 6.4? It has to restart the firewall to use your new IP-address in it's rules. Greets, Erland. -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
