I guess maybe a broader question -- how can I use true type fonts and have them served by my xfs font server? seems like there may be multiple competing methods and I'm not sure what suse90 is supporting....help? Thanks, -linda

Thanks, -linda I used the font installer in the Control Center | System Administration to install my fonts... I had a whole bunch from W98SE that I used and didn't want to give up because of moving to Linux.

you will find only one thing lacking a good program to produce
typesetters font sample sheets.
I also have a nice font editor in win16 which costs over $100 for win32
and does not exist in *nix.
someday we will have it all.
