[opensuse] Where is the 11.0 Compiz 1-Click Install? Did novell drop support for 11.0 Early?
SuSE Folks, Why isn't there a 1-Click Install for 11.0 on http://en.opensuse.org/Compiz_Fusion ?? 11.0 is still a supported release isn't it?? Also, What is supposed to be in: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/GNOME:/STABLE/openSUSE_11.0/ The repository is empty. The packages exist, just the link is missing from the wiki. http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/XGL/openSUSE_11.0/compiz-gnom...

Looking at the actual project on build.oo [1] it looks like GNOME:STABLE is just a container for 2.24, 2.26, 2.28, so it is expected to be empty. But it looks like none of those subprojects are building for 11.0 anyway, so I am not sure what's going on ... sorry, I'm not a gnome guy. http://software.opensuse.org/search?baseproject=openSUSE%3A11.0&p=1&q=compiz all the packages as 1-Click.

They removed all of it. I had things installed from there, and had to remove them and back to the default install, or compile them myself, locally. You can not install anything from any gnome repo in 11.0. There are no gnome repos at all, they can't work with this one deleted. I asked about this in the gnome list, got no answer. I suppose 11.0 is not supported by the gnome guys; but instead of leaving what they had done for us to use, they removed it to force us to update to 11.1 or 11.2.
