Nevermind... I think I stumbled on it... There is a link here http://open-carpet.org/ that is supposed to give me the Red Carpet view into the apt repositories. I've loaded it into RC, and it's pulled down some files, but... it doesn't seem to be complete. Have to do some more investigating. C.
